Announcing the return to a landmark status

Central Park has been working to return our brand to Landmark status. To be a turning point, a place of significance forging a meaningful connection with a community of friends and fans.

We’ve adjusted our name to more closely represent who we are. We’ve adapted a new brand symbol to reflect the celebration of community living in a thriving urban environment while the color green represents our friendly park-like campus.

It’s been a great year, starting our landscape redevelopment program, enhancing our campus security program, planning a new signage system, upgrading our pool area. It’s all these things together that creates a brand that establishes a presence in the hearts and minds of our public.

Central Park’s 20-story twin towers form the southern edge of downtown Tulsa’s skyline. Within walking distance to downtown, Central Park features one and two-bedroom condominiums and two-story townhouses. Amenities include a private health club, outdoor swimming pool, covered garages, tennis and basketball courts, walking track and 24/7 security. Central Park is located on Seventh Street just west of Denver Avenue inside the IDL.
